Kelly specializes in executive leadership assessment and coaching for Fortune 500 clients across sectors and geographies. She has worked with hundreds of leaders for the purposes of selection, development and succession planning. Her engagements leverage a deep consideration of her clients' present and future needs, such that she may tailor her process to generate meaningful insights. 

Based in the West Loop of Chicago, she holds a B.A. in both psychology and English from Villanova University and a Ph.D. in Industrial/Organizational Psychology from Purdue University. She also has several assessment certifications from Hogan, MRG and Pinsight. She is an active volunteer with Chicago’s Cara Program, helping disadvantaged jobseekers obtain and sustain quality employment.
