The executive assessment process consists of (1) online psychometric questionnaires completed by the executive and (2) a competency-based interview of the executive, conducted by an I/O psychologist via video conference or in person.
Our goal is to provide you with objective insight into an executive's strengths and development opportunities. These assessments are meant to be used in conjunction with other pieces of information about the executive for the purposes of making talent decisions.
Coaching begins with an executive assessment. From here, we will facilitate a conversation to align the executive and their leadership on developmental priorities.
Coaching is helpful to individuals who require support in a specific area(s), are taking on expanded responsibility, or are transitioning into a new role or organization.
The coaching timeline can be 6, 9, or 12 months. During each coaching meeting, we track priorities linked to business outcomes.

Pricing for services depends on the level of leader and volume of work

We will first discuss your needs in an intake call (i.e., what do you want to get out of the assessment, what do you want to learn). We will then interview your executive based on your needs. The executive will also take a suite of online psychometric tests. We will pull together themes from the assessment process to generate insights regarding the executive's strengths and development opportunities. We will then put together a report about which we will verbally debrief you. In a separate conversation, we can also provide feedback to the executive who underwent the assessment.
Our approach to coaching is actionable and aligned to your organization's needs. We would always recommend the executive undergo an assessment (including 360 feedback from colleagues) prior to receiving coaching. This way, we can put together a development action plan aligned to the executive's specific needs and geared towards helping them to meet business objectives. We will meet with the executive either 1x/month for 1 hour or 2x/month for 30 minutes across the span of 6, 9, or 12 months. We will update the executive's leader on the executive's progress. Towards the end of the coaching engagement, we can also solicit feedback from colleagues regarding the progress made by the executive.
The assessment process for a single executive typically takes about 2-2.5 weeks, depending on client availability for intake calls, interview, and debrief calls.
The online assessments that the executive takes requires a total of 1.5 hours. The assessment interview takes 2.5 hours. We will turn around an assessment report in 5 business days and submit the report to you 24 hours before our verbal debrief.
We charge a flat fee for our services; we want you to feel you can reach out to us any time to discuss the engagement or ask questions. We will identify the scope of work up front and clarify pricing.
Assessment pricing varies depending on the level of the executive (the higher the level of the executive, the longer the interview process, etc.) and the volume of assessments. Coaching pricing also varies based on the length of the coaching engagement and size of the 360 assessment.
The client will reach out to the executive participant to introduce the executive to us. We will then follow up with an email detailing the specific components and time commitment of the assessment process. We'll be available for any questions by phone or email.
The executive will (1) take a suite of online tests and (2) engage in an assessment interview with an I/O psychologist that will be conducted via videoconference or in person.
Executives who are internal to the client organization - or who are onboarding into the organization - will have the chance to receive a development report and feedback from their assessment.
